Approved Resolution #16-08 – Appointing a representative and alternate representatives to the Palm Beach County League of Cities, Inc.

Approved Resolution #16-09 – Expressing Appreciation forServices Rendered by the Volunteers during the Town’s 23rd Annual Barbecue. 

Approved Resolution #16-10 – Expressing Appreciation for Donations to the Town’s 23rd Annual Barbecue.

Approved Resolution #16-11 – Appointing Members to the Code Enforcement Board.

Approved Proclamation by the Town Council proclaiming May 2016 as “Civility Month”.    

Approved Proclamation by the Town Council Proclaiming the week of May 15– 21, 2016 as National Police Week. 

Approved Proclamation by the Town Council recognizing the week of May 15 - 21, 2016 as “Water Reuse Week”.    

Approved to hold annual resident “Hurricane Awareness” workshop on Thursday, May 28, 2015 at 6:30 pm.

Approved Land Use Permit – Evelyn Spencer, 7209 Venetian Way – Install new seawall and dock.

Authorized the transmittal of the CRA plan to Palm Beach County.

Approved Second and Final Reading Ordinance #16-01 – Adding new Sections to Article II “Boats” of Chapter 62 “Waterways” and amending other sections of Chapter 62 “Waterways”.

Approved revised contract between the Town of Lake Clarke Shores and Daniel Clark, Town Administrator.

Approved a Sewer Construction Agreement between the Town of Lake Clarke Shores and D. R. Horton, Inc. to construct wastewater facilities for the undeveloped property located at 6575 Lawrence Road in unincorporated Palm Beach County within the Town of Lake Clarke Shores Utility Service Area (PCN: 00-42-45-01-00-000-5190) subject to D. R. Horton, Inc. providing recorded proof of ownership.

Approved Revised Interlocal Agreement between Lake Clarke Shores, Palm Beach County & the Palm Beach County School Board pertaining to the distribution and use of the one cent Local Government Infrastructure Surtax.
