LCS North Service Area

The Town of Lake Clarke Shores owns and operates water and wastewater facilities both in Town and outside the limits of the Town. Within the Town limits, we provide water services to about 700 homes and businesses. Unfortunately, we do not provide water to all of the Town’s residents, water is also provided by Palm Beach County and Palm Springs. The attached map will allow you to see the service area boundaries and to know which entity provides your water service. Should you be in our service area and need assistance, please call Town Hall at 964-1515 and ask for Utility Support or fill out the service request (Blue button on the right of this page). We can help with billing inquiries, broken water lines, and any other utility related questions.

LCS South Service Area

South Service Area Map

The Town of Lake Clarke Shores owns and operates water and wastewater facilities both in Town and outside the limits of the Town. Our South Service Area is approximately bounded by Lantana Road to the North, Congress Avenue to the East, Hypoluxo Road to the South and Lawrence Road on the West. The major communities severed by the Town of Lake Clarke Shores Utility include:

Seminole Manor where we provide water and wastewater services
Maralago Cay where we provide wastewater services only
Hypoluxo Village where we provide water to all residents and wastewater services to a small area
Lantana Cascades where we provide bulk water and sewer. However, Lantana Cascades is responsible for the individual water services
Whispering Pines Areas where we provide bulk water and sewer. However, Whispering Pines is responsible for the individual water services.
