Permits and Licenses
Various permits, licenses, decals and pass keys are required for residents to hold garage/capital outdoor sales; to use the boat ramp and tennis courts; to operate a business within town limits and for new construction, remodel or repairs to your home or property. Check the fee schedule for costs associated with these items. Please contact the Town Hall for additional information, if needed.

Community Groups
The Town of Lake Clarke Shores’ Community Group Page is a central place for residents to share information about Community Groups and/or Organizations within the Town. Community Groups and/or Organizations may request to be added to this page by contacting Tammy House, Deputy Town Clerk, at thouse@lakeclarke.org.
All requests for postings are subject to the approval of the Town.
Utilities
The Town of Lake Clarke Shores owns and operates water and wastewater facilities both in Town and outside the limits of the Town. Within the Town limits, we provide water services to about 700 homes and businesses. Unfortunately, we do not provide water to all of the Town’s residents, water is also provided by Palm Beach County and Palm Springs.

Parks and Recreation is committed to improving the quality of life in our community by promoting healthy lifestyles, maintaining community assets, being good stewards of our parks and open spaces and fostering a sense of community pride and common purpose. Garbage Service
The Town of Lake Clarke Shores has a contract with Waste Management to collect garbage, trash, bulk items, recycling and vegetation within the Town limits. The quick reference pick-up schedule is as follows:
- Monday: Vegetation collection
- Monday: Bulk trash pickup
- Tuesday: Household garbage collection
- Tuesday: Recycling collection
- Friday: Household garbage collection
VEGETATION Vegetation is picked up on Mondays
