Use of Golf Cart Paths

The Police Department would like to remind residents driving golf carts in Town to stay on the designated golf cart paths and Town owned streets. Golf carts are not allowed under the park pavilions and along the walkways for the safety of all involved. Golf carts are not authorized anywhere on Forest Hill Boulevard or Florida Mango Road except in designated crossing zones. They must also be street legal. Golf carts are now subject to citations so please obey traffic laws and the Town’s golf cart ordinance. While they are lots of fun, golf carts are not toys and can cause serious injuries and damage to property. Please drive your golf carts responsibly.
