Possible Blue-green Algae in Lake Clarke

The Palm Beach County Health Department has posted a sign in Pine Tree Park located at Foresthill Blvd and Pine Tree Lane in reference to Blue-green Algae that MAY BE present in the water surrounding that area. Currently, the Town is awaiting additional information from the Palm Beach County Health Department. The Town is advising you to follow Health Department guidelines when participating in Lake Activities.

PALM BEACH COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT GUIDELINES:

DO NOT swim at this location.

AVOID getting water in your eyes, nose, or mouth.

You should NOT eat shellfish from this location.

Rinse fish fillets with tap or bottled water. Throw out guts. Cook fish well

You SHOULD keep pets and livestock AWAY from the waters at this location.
